All Scholars After School Program

The program runs Monday through Friday. Students may leave early for other activities — just let staff know ahead of time, especially on Thursdays.

Early pick-up welcome. Parents may pick up their student at any time during program hours. Thursday is a popular day for early departures — no problem at all! Simply let staff know in advance when possible.

Resources that balance learning, creativity, and screen-free play.

• Vetted reading books for all grade levels
• Chromebooks for homework — game time is limited
• Arts and crafts supplies
• Building blocks and magnet tiles
• Matchbox cars, board games, and card games
• Vetted movies shown toward the end of the week

Students sit by grade level. Siblings from different grades always sit together at a mixed table.

• Check preferred — bring to the office in the morning
• Written receipts provided for all payments
• After-hours payments: locked box in the Teacher's Lounge

Payments after the 5th of the month are subject to a $15.00 late fee. Failure to make timely payment may result in student(s) being disenrolled from the program.
