We are excited to welcome new students and families to Aromas-San Juan Unified. To complete enrollment, families must provide specific documents required by California law and District policy.
Please review the checklist below to gather the required items in advance. Once you have your documents ready, visit our Online Enrollment link to begin the registration process through Aeries. There is additional detailed information about the requirements below the checklist.
Starting online first will help ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment experience. If you have questions at any time, our office staff is happy to assist you.
To complete enrollment online or in the school office, you will need to have the following documents ready:
- Parent/Guardian Photo ID (government-issued)
- Proof of Residency (2 Required, in your name, dated within 30 days - P.O. Boxes not accepted)
- Escrow papers (closing within 30 days)
- Lease/rental agreement + receipt
- Mortgage, property tax, utility bills
- Pay stubs, voter reg, or gov't agency letters
- Court or foster care documents
- Proof of Age (one of the following)
- Birth certificate (or registar letter, passport/VISA, baptism record, or affidavit)
- Immunization Records
- Required Shots for School
- CA Immunization Requirements (PreK-12)
